SYDNEY ITALIAN PRIVATE CHEF AT YOUR HOME

I'm a passionate Italian chef, who grew up in the famous Franciacorta wine region in North Italy on the Iseo Lake.

​

I began training as a pastry chef until, driven by the buzz of the kitchen I started my apprenticeship at one of the Michelin star restaurant in my home town and that is where I began my  immersion in Italian cuisine.

​

Over a decade ago I followed my instinct to Australia where I worked at many top Sydney hatted restaurants such as The Apollo and Mimi's, just to name the most recent one, before starting my own adventure as a private chef, catering for events, consulting restaurants and running cooking workshops, aiming to offer traditional Italian recipes with a modern Asian/Australian twist, utilising unique local ingredients.

ENTREE:

Homemade Focaccia

Truffle salami, calamansi confit garlic

Stracciatella, semi dried tomato, spicy dukkah 

 

Dry aged fish crudo, white dashi, yuzu kosho crème fraîche, shiso

PASTA:

Tajarin hand cut pasta, confit cherry tomato & citrus sauce, alive Southern lobster

MAIN:

Black Angus, milk fed -Bone steak, black garlic, miso & seeded mustard condiment, kombu jus

DESSERT:

Dark chocolate, milk crumb, rhubarb, orange infused extra virgin oil
